Pottery Studio
Draft architecture only. This policy is not ready for publication until every marked item is verified.
Data controller and contact
Set In Stone is responsible for Pottery Studio. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@usefella.com.
Data collected
Pottery Studio stores the content you create—such as projects, clay bodies, glaze tests, dimensions, firing notes, and related photos—locally on your iPhone. Set In Stone does not receive this content.
The app stores local preferences, including measurement settings and onboarding state, on your device.
When you use a subscription feature, StoreKit provides the app with limited product and transaction information needed to complete the purchase and verify access, such as the product identifier and current entitlement, expiration, or revocation status. Set In Stone does not receive your full payment-card details.
Purposes of processing
Local app content is processed on your device to provide organization, photo, firing-note, and shrinkage-calculation features.
StoreKit transaction information is used only to offer subscriptions, verify Pottery Studio Pro access, process purchases, and restore purchases.
Legal basis
Where applicable, on-device processing is necessary to provide the features you request. StoreKit purchase processing is necessary to perform the subscription transaction you initiate and provide paid access.
Third-party services and processors
Apple provides the App Store and StoreKit purchase infrastructure. Apple may process Apple Account, payment, transaction, device, tax, and fraud-prevention information under Apple’s own privacy policy.
Pottery Studio does not include third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, authentication, or tracking SDKs in the audited version dated October 1, 2026.
Data retention
Local projects, libraries, settings, notes, and photos remain on your iPhone until you delete them in the app or remove the app. Copies may remain in an Apple device backup according to your iPhone and iCloud backup settings.
Apple retains purchase and subscription records under its own policies. Pottery Studio reads current StoreKit entitlement information but does not operate a separate purchase database.
International transfers
Set In Stone does not transfer your locally stored pottery content. Apple may process purchase information in countries where it or its service providers operate, subject to Apple’s privacy terms.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Because pottery content remains on your device, you can access and manage that content directly in the app.
Data requests and deletion
Delete individual records and photos within Pottery Studio, or delete the app to remove its local app container from the iPhone. For privacy questions, email support@usefella.com. Apple Account and purchase-record requests must be directed to Apple.
Children
Pottery Studio is a general-audience organization tool and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect children’s pottery content on Set In Stone servers because it does not operate an account or content-storage service.
Policy changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, additional notice will be provided in the app or through the App Store listing.
